Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are custom-made, part of a limited, one-time edition, and are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations beyond the permitted cancellation window. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
2. 24-Hour Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at j@studio3.space. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer available.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All orders include shipping insurance up to the full value of the order.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, the order is considered complete. We are not responsible for any shipping issues, delays, theft, or damage in transit.
4. International Orders
International orders require custom shipping coordination.

5. Product Details & Variations
Each piece is produced individually. Slight variations in size, color, or finish are normal and expected due to the nature of the materials and process. Images shown are visual approximations and may not reflect the exact physical product received.
